What Does
Healthy Lifestyle
or Healthy Living
Mean?

A healthy lifestyle, or healthy living, is characterized by consistent smart behaviors and choices that result into optimal physical and mental health and functioning.
It involves maintaining a balanced diet, engaging in regular physical activity, ensuring sufficient rest, managing stress, and avoiding harmful habits such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption. Furthermore, it includes fostering positive relationships, staying mentally engaged, and seeking holistic ways to prevent physical and mental decay.

Why Are You Here?

I believe that you have been tinkering with thought of making some positive changes to your current lifestyle long before you got here. Whether it’s educating yourself about food quality, shopping for healthier foods, weight loss, weight control, or an overall healthier lifestyle.
You have given it much thought.
I congratulate you for that.

You are ready to take the journey toward a healthier you.
You found your WHY.
You came to the right place. The healthy living educational material on this site is very unique. It doesn’t exists anywhere else. It’s being served to you by a passionate healthy living advocate, Certified Life- and Health Coach and Nutritional Coach.

The goal Is to reclaim your health by learning  HOW to feed yourself and your family right, and NOT to rely on restrictive diets (“buzz” diets and “Yo-Yo” diets) or diet systems. I am talking about diet systems that dictate purchases of premade meals. Here, you won’t even have the chance to check the ingredients lists and have no idea whether or not  you’re buying inferior foods touted to be healthy.

What's Our Focus?

In today’s fast-paced world, living smarter is about making intentional choices that lead to better health, greater happiness, and financial security. My eBook guides focuse on how you can elevate your life through holistic wellness as you gain elementary knowledge on how to go about it.

Can I start my healthy living journey as an older person?

Of course. You can start at any age. Although, younger people have it easier to re-wire their bodies toward healthier than older people. Regardless of your age, when you are at the starting point of building or re-building your health and wealth, it’s super important that your entire body feels well and energized. This includes your mental strength. This reflects on all other aspects of your life.

Why are some accomplished people overweight and unhealthy?

Well, only the individuals affected know. But, they definitely have lots of reasons to better their health.
If you are among that group of people, you have already achieved financial stability or wealth, but have lost sight of a healthy body. You’ve got an advantage, as you have all the means to afford to get well without compromising, and you have more time to allocate to your holistic wellness efforts. It’s well worth it.

Awesome Stuff

“I was a heavy guy literally all my life. And as I got some health issues I thought about making some natural changes. I set out on a mission to lose weight while wanting to know what kind of foods I should eat. I bought two of the guides and am happy I did.”

Very Powerful

“I have a very sedentary job. And while I don’t really struggle with weight gain, I found it harder and harder to keep a healthy weight over time. So, I needed to find out what type of foods I must shop for to stay slim and healthy, sitting most of the time for work. I got The Savvy Grocery Shopper’s Secrests” and “Food Ingredients Translator”. Jawdropping!

Excellent Reads

“I read 4 of the eBook guides. And, boy, they all are an eye opener. I never thought that I ate so much garbage in my life, even if I tend to be choosy when it comes to what goes into my body. But knowing what and why and the health risks of certain foods made me even more health conscious. Excellent lectures, Easy to read.”

Schools Should Teach That Stuff

“I wish they would teach how to live and eat healthy in school or in college. I used to be fat kid. My parents were totally clueless about raising me to be a healthy slender child. One day, I had enough. Class-mates were mocking me, so I set out on my own journey to lose weight (naturally) and to eat better foods. Thank you Lifestyle Coach Alexsa!”
